Shaun Collins is the head chef at Restaurant Le Fagotin since 2012.
With over 15 years of experience, he first discovered his passion for cooking in the
Scouts when he was about twelve years old.
Graduating in 2005 from LaSalle College in the « Food, service and restaurant
management » program, Shaun is well versed in all culinary areas but comfort food
remains his favorite.
Has an introverted man, he prefers to let his food do the talking.
He often says: « The best way to get to know me, is to taste my food »
